Prior to going home with you our pups are given a clean bill of health by our vet. All pups from Neff Shorthairs are guaranteed against all contagious diseased for 72 hours from the time you pick your puppy up. We recommend setting a well puppy checkup, within this time frame, with your vet prior to picking up your pup so that you know you are receiving a healthy pup. We also guarantee our pups to be free of hip dysplasia, Elbow, Thyroid, Patella & Eye genetic disorders. The OFA clearances are up to you to have done no later then when the pup is 2 years old. The genetic guarantee is good for 30 months and does not apply if any injury, illness, disease develops or fatality as a direct result of the dog being overweight or malnourished. If your dog should not pass OFA certifications you must provide us proof of spay/neuter and a full refund will be sent to you at that time.
Dog may not be bred prior to certification to receive refund.
OUR PROMISE TO OUR PUPPIES
We feel that since we have brought these beautiful little puppies into this world we are responsible for their well being for life. If for any reason you cannot care for your dog and need to rehome them you must notify us first for first rights to the dog. If you have a dear friend or family member that you would like the dog to go to we will work with you. As long as we know where the dog is going and that they will be well cared for is our utmost responsibility.
There is never a reason our puppies should bounce from home to home or end up in a shelter.
Dog may not be bred prior to certification to receive refund.
